Tech Support during sale 405-249-2881, do NOT call for bidding approval issues. This Live Online Bidding Sale will have an AUDIO or VIDEO feed plus the bidding tote board. After the sale starts the AUDIO or VIDEO should start once you start the bidding program and login as a bidder or as a guest, or you can click the listen button if it is displayed.
If you are an approved bidder you can bid just like normal, however the VIDEO feed may be up to 4 seconds delay depending on your system. If you are bidding,WATCH THE BIDDING TOTE BOARD, it will be within 1/2 second of auctoneer no matter what speed your connection is. When you login as an approved bidder you will see a column on right side for "Your Offer". You can enter the maximum amount your willing to bid, I will take these bids as the auctioneer asks for them. If the horse sells for under your max offer your will get it, if it goes over your offer you will not get it. This is an option to help you in case the internet goes down or you can not be at computer when the lot comes up. If you are listening to the sale via an office network system and you have a firewall you will need to make sure the network technician can make the following ports open during the sale, if not you will need to use another computer to listen to the sale. The following range of ports needs to be open: 17682 through 17727. At most sales we will be sending AUDIO ONLY plus the Bidding Tote Board and catalog pictures, if we are sending VIDEO you will need to have a HI speed connection to watch. The bidding tote board is in REAL time, the audio and/or video may be 1-2-3 seconds delay, watch the tote board if your bidding, it will be acurate with the auctioneer bid requests.
